3 जानेवारीला चंद्रपूर शहरातील बागला चौकात अस्वलीने दर्शन दिले, मध्यरात्री 1 वाजून 22 मिनिटांनी बागला चौकात असंख्य कुत्रे भुंकत होते, त्यावेळी झोमॅटो डिलिव्हरी बॉय बाबूपेठ च्या दिशेने जात असता कुत्र्यांच्या टोळक्या समोर अचानक अस्वल आली. Bear in city
झोमॅटो डिलिव्हरी बॉय घाबरला आणि त्याने आपली दुचाकी थांबवली, अचानक अस्वल त्याच्या दिशेने येत असल्याचे बघून त्या डिलिव्हरी बॉय ने आपला जीव वाचवित निघून गेला. (Chandrapur city)
त्याचक्षणी एक चारचाकी वाहन येताना दिसले, त्या वाहनसमोर अस्वल उभे ठाकले, काही वेळात अस्वलने बागला चौकातून पळ काढला.

दिवसेंदिवस वन्यप्राणी शहराकडे कूच करीत आहे, भविष्यात हा धोका पुन्हा वाढणार हे निश्चित.
